SHIPPING METHODS

BlueFish uses UPS as our primary carrier for all orders.

For most orders we charge a flat fee of just $9.95 for UPS Ground shipments and about $11.95 for UPS 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental US. We also offer UPS Next Day Air and Next Day Air A.M. shipping options. Once you added an item to your cart, you can see a real-time quote for all the available services, delivery dates, and shipping costs to your destination.

Daily Shipping Cutoff

For orders using Next Day Air the daily shipping cutoff is 4:25 PM EST, for Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services, the daily shipping cutoff is 3:25 PM EST Mon - Fri. For UPS Ground shipments, the daily shipping cutoff is 12:25 PM EST Mon - Fri. 

Orders with back-ordered items

Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. International Orders

We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Additional countries may be added in the future. Shipping fees start at around $30 for UPS Expedited (3-7 days). 

International orders are subject applicable customs, duties, brokgerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US.

If you are not satisfied with a product sold by BlueFish for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) if returned within 15 days of delivery. There is 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Merchandise:

Bluetooth handsfree car kits that are installed. We will replace the product if it is defective. No refunds.

Misshipped or Defective Products

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.

Outside of the 15-day return window

If your product becomes defective after the 30-days return policy, please  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (713) 482-8657 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.

Electronic Software Returns

Software purchases are generally not returnable, so please take advantage of the trial edition of the software (if available).
